Refunds & Return

The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which the User, or a third person appointed by the User other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, without it being necessary to state the reasons for the withdrawal.

In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Company by means of an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract, filling out the following return form:

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised by sending an email to info@marziadirosa.com.

Following the request for withdrawal, you must return the products to the Company without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract, in their original packaging, with the transport document in the original packaging, so as to allow the Company to identify the customer (by order number, name, surname and delivery address).

Upon receipt of the goods (or until the User proves that he/she has returned the goods), all payments made to the Company, including any standard delivery costs paid by the User, will be refunded using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User expressly requests otherwise.

The costs of shipping the goods are borne by the User, who will be responsible for any depreciation of the goods if, upon verification of the condition, characteristics and operation, it is attributable to improper use by the customer.

 

L’Utente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di vendita entro 14 giorni a partire dal giorno in cui l’Utente, o una terza persona dall’Utente incaricata, che non sia il vettore, sia entrata in possesso della merce, senza che sia necessario indicare i motivi del recesso stesso.

Al fine di poter esercitare il diritto di recesso, deve informare la Società mediante una dichiarazione inequivocabile della decisione di recedere dal contratto, compilando il seguente modulo di reso:

A seguito della richiesta di recesso, l’Utente è tenuto a rispedire i prodotti alla Società senza ritardi e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci ha informato del recesso dal contratto, nella loro confezione originale, muniti del documento di trasporto presente nell’imballo originale, in modo da permettere alla Società di identificare l’Utente (mediante numero dell’ordine, nome, cognome e indirizzo di consegna).

A seguito del ricevimento della merce (oppure fino all’avvenuta dimostrazione da parte dell’Utente di aver rispedito la merce), saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti effettuati a favore della Società, compresi i costi di consegna standard eventualmente pagati dall’Utente, utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da usato dall’Utente per la transazione iniziale, salvo diversa richiesta espressa dell’Utente.

I costi della spedizione della merce sono a carico dell’Utente il quale dovrà rispondere dell’eventuale deprezzamento della merce se, dalla verifica dello stato, delle caratteristiche e del funzionamento emergerà che esso sia attribuibile all’errato utilizzo da parte dell’Utente stesso.
